I trained at Portsmouth College of Art in Technical Illustration in my younger years, my speciality as you will see below is tailored to Cars, Motorsports and Motorbikes.
I trained at Portsmouth College of Art in Technical Illustration in my younger years and, once I achieved the relevant qualifications, I started working for the MoD as a Technical Illustrator following a period of employment within various publication agencies.
I have now been retired for a number of years, leading to my attending Glyn’s art workshops and regular classes a few years ago, which helped and encouraged me to extend my skills to other levels of art using different mediums, techniques and styles, and I am learning more all the time, which I feel is displayed in my work. Attending Glyn’s classes has really made a significant difference to my skill base.

Glyn and I discovered art as our mutual interest and became very good friends which grew so much so that we married in 2017. I now help with the practicalities of her art groups and workshops but have no interest in teaching art myself. I am more than happy to leave that to Glyn!
